look at mesh traffic, not a witch hunt. That said, adverts are a real scaling consideration:
we've seen 901 repeaters in the past 72 hours — every single advert gets
rebroadcast by each one, so 1 advert × 901 repeaters = 901 packets flooding across the mesh. Our top advertiser alone has sent 104 adverts — that's
104 adverts × 901 repeaters = 93704 packets
generated from a single node.
As the network grows, that multiplier only gets worse.
So yes, it's worth paying attention to — but please don't take the "Wall of Shame" literally.
